Thank you for your interest in our layaway program. Items that qualify must have a minimum retail price of $200.

Below we have included our layaway terms and conditions for your review.

Layaway Period – Orders may be placed on layaway for a maximum period of 120 days. Customers have the option of paying the layaway order balance in full at any time prior to the completion of the 120-day layaway period. The expiration date is also displayed during your checkout process, be sure to add it to your calender so you don't forget! If your merchandise you are putting into layaway must be ordered, we will order your layaway item when you have paid half of the purchase price.

Payment Terms – Orders placed on layaway require at least 20% down payment and shipping charges for the order. The deposit will be automatically calculated for you during checkout. When you are using the layaway option after you check out you will receive an email from us with dates that payments are due. This invoice must be printed out and signed by you, then returned to us before a layaway will be approved.

Eligibility - Only items of $200 or more may qualify for the layaway program.

Allowed Forms of Payment on your Layaway - All except gift cards.

Discounts - No online discounts, gift cards, or coupons may be used in conjunction with a layaway order..

Refunds – Layaway deposit is refundable ONLY if your item is available for return to our inventory. However, there will be a $30 restocking fee subtracted from your deposit. ANY JACKET THAT HAS BEGUN TO BE PAINTED, is NOT ABLE TO BE CANCELLED OR RESTOCKED. You may cancel your layaway at any time before your last payment is made by notifying us via email.

Returns/Exchanges - Once a layaway has been completed, returns or exchanges are not accepted on layaway orders. Please be sure you review the item description and photos thoroughly before making a purchase. Ask any questions you have before you place your order.

Expiration/Cancellation – If we do not receive your final payment by the "final payment due" date, we will automatically cancel your layaway purchase unless we agree to extend that date. Furthermore, the cancellation of your order may result in forfeiture of your deposit, payments and related charges.
