***  Please specify if blue field is in LEFT or Right side of the flag.  As a rule, the blue fiel should always move forward into the wind.  For example, if flag is worn on the left jacket sleeve, blue field should be in the upper LEFT side so that as you walk, blue field is heading into the wind.
